Security and control
Access is the security model
Most operational data loss is not a breach — it is the wrong person seeing or changing the wrong record. The platform is built around that.
Individual accounts
Every person authenticates as themselves. There are no shared operational logins, so every action has a name attached to it.
Role-based permissions
Administrators, operations managers, dispatchers, drivers, accounting staff and owners each see a different platform, scoped to the work they do.
Organization isolation
Every record belongs to one organization. Isolation is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface, so a query cannot reach across organizations.
Audited activity
Sensitive actions — route publishing, document approval, financial posting, support access — are recorded with who did them and when.
Server-side credentials
Provider credentials stay encrypted and server-side. The browser never receives them.
Controlled support access
When our team needs to help, access is explicit, time-bound and recorded rather than open-ended.
What we will not claim
We do not advertise certifications we have not completed or guarantees we cannot support. If a security or compliance requirement matters to your business, ask us directly and we will answer plainly.
